We offer 6, 9 and 12 month leases ($50 one time fee for a 6 month lease) 

Pet Policy: Two pets per apartment (dogs and cats only)
35 pound combined weight limit at adulthood
$250.00 nonrefundable pet fee - No additional “pet rent”
